“Yavor-M Komers” boza is an exceptional combination of healthy qualities and good taste. The Boza /also known as millet ale/ is a natural ecologically healthful product which is produced from wheat, fresh water and specially developed sugar free sweet.
Only high quality common wheat class A is used to achieve necessary density and taste of the product. In a process the husk of the grain is separated and only its heart is used.

For sweeten is used combined sweet “Polly sweet - 150 КР-2”. It is an ideal replacement of the sugar, doesn’t harm human body, doesn’t interrupt with its metabolism and doesn’t cause teeth cavity.
